DANETTO® Company Info

The company DANETTO® was established in 1994.
Since then the company has moved from being a trading company to becoming a value added solutions company, focussing on highly functional ingredients, own mixtures and customer specific mixtures, providing highly value added solutions to the meat, fish & poultry industry in Scandinavia, Poland & Baltics.

In 2001 Dennis Petersen became a partner and in 2005 John Jøhnke joined the company as partner as well.

2005 became the year when DANETTO® Polska & DANETTO® Baltic was established, together with partners in the respective countries who all carried a highly technical solutions profile, with many years of expertise, and high knowledge of national market meat, poultry and fish industries possibilities and demands.

In 2007 DANETTO® Food changed name to DANETTO® Ingredients, because Ingredients is the key word in all what Danetto deal with.

In August 2008, Dennis Petersen decided to leave the company, solely his own decision, and has sold the 4 companies to John Jøhnke, which now is 100% shareholder of Danetto Ingredients, Danetto products, Danetto Baltic and 50% shareholder of Danetto Polska together with Mr. Adam Knapik.
Danetto would like to thank Dennis and Hanne for their highly appreciated contribution to Danetto over the years, and we wish them well in their new venture.

In 2009 DANETTO® employed Peter Kristensen as Sales Director for strengthen of sales and to bring more experience in to the organisation.

DANETTO® carries together more than 40 years of expertise within the major food ingredients manufactures and suppliers, e.g. Danisco, Central Soya, Solae and Cargill. DANETTO® is employing 4 people covering Scandinavia, Baltics and 3 in Poland.
